Halloween Action Cards Game

How to Play:

This is a truly low-prep game. Simply print and cut out the action cards, and you’re ready to go! Shuffle them, then invite kids to take turns drawing a card. Each card features a different Halloween character with a simple action for kids to act out. The idea is for everyone to “become” the character on the card by following the action.

Here’s a peek at the actions:

• Float like a ghost: Glide around the room quietly, pretending to float like a spooky ghost.
• Dance like a skeleton: Wiggle your bones and do your best skeleton dance.
• Stomp like a monster: Stomp around, pretending to be a big, growling monster.
• Fly like a bat: Flap your wings and fly through the air like a bat at night.
• Creep like a spider: Get down low and crawl quietly like a sneaky spider.
• Roll like a pumpkin: Curl up and roll around like a big, round pumpkin.
• Cast spells like a witch: Wave your arms and pretend to cast magical spells like a witch.
• Walk like a mummy: Wrap yourself up and take slow, shuffling steps like a mummy.

If you want your cards to be more durable, you may want to laminate them. (In my opinion, every mom needs a basic laminator!)
